CORE Planned Migration

Maintenance window: 2 Days

The CORE Platform will be migrated to the latest infrastructure on the 24th and 25th January 2026.

CORE will remain fully available over the weekend whilst the work takes place.

Partners will only be impacted if your billing/ invoice date is either the 24th or 25th January. If this is the case your invoice will be pushed back to the 26th January. This is a one-time adjustment to support the migration and will revert as normal for your February invoice.  

If you use a custom brand, such as a personalised URL, or send email notifications through the platform, we have sent you a separate email with detailed instructions and guidance on changing your DNS records.
