Migrating operations to a new data center

Scheduled for 11 July 2025 12:00 am

Maintenance window: 3 Days

Acronis will be migrating operations to a new data center to enhance data center and network performance. This migration will have an impact on the Files Cloud and Notary services your customers are currently using.

The process is planned to start on July 11, 2025 and will take up to 72 hours. We will alert you before the start and end of the migration and of any schedule changes.

Impacted services:

During the maintenance period, the following services will be unavailable or partially restricted. The below information applies only to customers who are using the following services:

·       Files Cloud

o   Inability to download and upload files.

·       Notary

o   New eSignatures cannot be initiated.

o   Existing notarizations and eSignatures will not be completed.

Actions needed prior to the migration date:

·       Make sure your files are synched locally so they can be accessible during the maintenance window.

There are no post-migration actions required on your part.

Acronis Cloud Team notifies that due to technical reasons the planned maintenance in the Global Router data centre has been rescheduled. For the new maintenance date and time, please refer to the Maintenance timeline section.

Affected by maintenance: Global Router
Services impact: Login via cloud.acronis.com, trueimage.acronis.com and baas.acronis.com will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes. New accounts would not be created during the activity for all data centres. Login will be available through the data centre self-name.

Planned Maintenance on Europe (ne1-aas01.azure) Data Center

Maintenance window: 10 Hours

Acronis will be conducting planned maintenance on Europe (ne1-aas01.azure) data center between July 15 and July 16, including standard system updates. All services will remain available during the update, which will take approximately 10 hours with no expected downtime. We will keep you informed of our progress. Please find additional details below.

Maintenance details: Acronis Cloud Team will update the Acronis Cyber Infrastructure cluster to the next version to improve the overall quality of the provided services, including stability and security.


Affected by maintenance: Cyber Files Cloud, Cyber Disaster Recovery Cloud, Acronis Cyber Cloud. 


Services impact: No service interruption is expected. However, some storage-related operations may be delayed during the update, which could impact backup and restore, file sync and share and disaster recovery services performance. Any experienced delays will resolve on their own with no action required on your part.
