Data centre maintenance

Maintenance details: Acronis Storage Team will perform a data migration from SXB2 storage to storage in LHR3 (UK). As a result of the migration the Storage FQDNs and IP addresses will be changed, please refer to the table below.

Actions needed:

• Partner should add the destination storage IP addresses to the FireWall rule allowing the outgoing connection to the Acronis Backup Gateway (applicable to the customers using the outgoing FireWall filtering by the destination IP addresses).
• Current IP addresses should not be removed for not less than a month after the activity completion.

Services impact: There is no expected impact on Acronis services.
