Data center physical migration of the fra2-arp1 storage
Scheduled for 27 June 2025 06:00 pm
Maintenance window:
Data center migration will begin on June 27, 2025 at 18:00 CEST. Acronis is following a strict protocol to minimize disruptions; however, downtime is expected. · Add the destination storage IP addresses to the firewall rule to allow the outgoing connection to the Acronis Backup Gateway (applicable to the customers using the outgoing firewall filtering by the destination IP addresses). · Current IP addresses should not be changed until 90 days after the migration is complete. Affected by maintenance: Backups using Acronis-hosted cloud storage · No access to Acronis cloud hosted backups of any type (physical, C2C), and no new full or incremental backups. · Backups to service-provider-hosted (hybrid) or customer-hosted (local) storage will continue without interruption. · Disaster recovery services in production (primary servers or VMs in a failover state) will be operational; however, no new failover / failback dependent on the impacted backups can be initiated. Please note: · Recovery from backups will not be available over the duration of the migration process. Please plan accordingly. · |
